What typically goes wrong

How we work

One team coordinating the whole journey

Most investors end up managing a law firm, an accountant, an HR agency, two banks and half a dozen government offices on their own. We coordinate all of them to one timeline.

A single point of contact

We track every file across investment registration, park management, tax, social insurance and the licensing agencies, and report weekly to your headquarters.

Paid only by you

We take no fee or commission from industrial parks, banks, law firms or any other provider. Our advice on parks, banks and suppliers is independent.

Zero facilitation payments

We never pay, arrange or pass on unofficial payments. Files are prepared correctly the first time, followed up in writing and escalated through official channels.

Fixed fees, no percentages

We never charge a share of a contract, a loan or the duty you save. Milestones are tied to what we deliver, never to a licence date or a signature.

Your contracts, your invoices

Providers such as work permit agents, recruiters and independent lawyers contract with you and bill you directly. You are free to use your own providers or ones we suggest; either way, we coordinate them to the same timeline and standards, and our fee does not change.

Conservative numbers

Budgets and timelines come from real cases, not park brochures. We would rather you plan for the slow environmental approval than be surprised by it.

Experience

Built on sixteen years beside foreign investors

Invera grew out of years spent beside foreign investors at the moments that decide a project: the first account, the first loan, the licence that will not move.

Invera is founded by a banker who spent sixteen years in Ho Chi Minh City supporting FDI and multinational clients at Japanese, Korean, Thai and Vietnamese banks.

From our founder’s experience as relationship banker to these companies, before Invera was founded. Anonymised; figures rounded.

Korean textile group · Southern Vietnam · 2014

Building a yarn plant on borrowed time

A Korean textile group needed a Vietnamese bank loan to build its first plant, and every month without production was a month of interest. With one junior accountant and a site container as an office, licensing, land, construction, financing and equipment ran in parallel. The plant was operating within a year of its investment licence.

European electronics group · Southern Vietnam · 2025

An acquisition with no room for delay

A European electronics group entered Vietnam by buying a business line, with a fixed payment date. Working backwards from that date, every adviser was held to clear deadlines and stalled steps were escalated through official channels. The capital and payment accounts opened in time to receive the parent loan and close the deal.

Korean family manufacturer · Southern Vietnam · 2019

Planning the money before the factory

A Korean family manufacturer wanted the lowest-cost entry. Local borrowing was no longer cheap, so the financing was modelled at screening: an offshore loan backed by a Vietnamese bank’s standby letter of credit. The loan was ready when production began, and the plant was operating in under 12 months.
